Q: how do i rent joy box photo booths for my event?
A: We accept reservations over phone, text, or email. We require a $199 deposit and a signed rental agreement to secure your date. This is refundable up to 90 days before your event. Full payment is required 30 days before your event. We accept cash, personal check, credit card, PayPal or Chase QuickPay.
Q: How far will you travel for an Event?
A: We serve the greater Lafayette area and Indianapolis. We are also happy to travel to Northwest Indiana and Chicago's South Suburbs with a minimum 4-hour package booking and a travel fee. Please contact us for details.
Q: Do you also do photography?
A: No, but we have some great recommendations.
Q: What does JOY BOX need at the event location?
A: To be within 25 feet of a standard electrical outlet and WiFi. WiFi is needed as well if for your guests to text or email their captures.
Q: Will i get my photos after the event?
A: Yes! We will email .zip file so you can save your picture anywhere you'd like!
Q: What kind of events do you do?
A: Any event can be a JOY BOX event! Weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, birthday parties, corporate events, retirement parties, holiday parties, family reunions, church ministry events, and festivals are all perfect photo booth rental events. Q: Why pick the boxy booth?
A: The Boxy Booth is great because it can capture and print high-quality DLSR pictures! Fun props and signs are used with this booth. At the end of the event, you will receive digital images of both the photo strips and the individual pictures taken.

Q: how much space does the booth need?
A: The dimensions of the booth are 67 inches by 48 inches. Additionally, an 8 foot table is needed for props.
Q: Is this booth a good option for weddings?
A: Definitely! This booth has a wedding package special that will give your guest three prints and allow JOY BOX to create a memory book for you. Additionally, you guests get the privacy and closeness necessary for great kissing pictures.

A: The social booth is definitely a more interactive experience! The Social Booth is great for costume parties and proms because it captures longer length pictures. Many different backgrounds can be used - especially if your venue is cool. The social booth can create video, GIF and Boomerang! And don’t forget about the beauty filter!
Q: Can the social booth print?
A: Yes. While the social booth is designed to be a more interactive and to create social media content, photo printing can be added for an additional charge.
Q: Is this booth a good option for weddings?
A: Yes! There is also a Wedding Package available with the Social Booth! It includes a backdrop, printing, photo strip, props and a scrapbook!
